These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MXXR mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Mxxr, LLC ("MXXR," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MXXR, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this service. By using MXXR, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use MXXR only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

4. Drink Purchases

MXXR facilitates the purchase of drinks between users. All transactions are final. You are responsible for ensuring you comply with local laws regarding alcohol consumption and purchase.

5. Privacy

Your use of MXXR is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the site and informs users of our data collection practices.

6. Child Safety & Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

MXXR is intended solely for adults of legal drinking age (21+). MXXR has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any content, conduct, or communication that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or harms a minor is strictly prohibited.

Violations result in immediate account termination and, where required by law, reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or appropriate law enforcement. To report suspected CSAE or any child-safety concern, contact our designated safety point of contact at safety@mxxr.app. You may also report abusive users or content in-app or by emailing safety@mxxr.app.

7. Modifications to Terms

MXXR reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page.

8. Limitation of Liability

MXXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
