This page explains how to delete your MXXR account and the data associated with it. MXXR is operated by Mxxr, LLC.

How to request deletion

To delete your MXXR account and associated data, email us from the email address you have, and include the phone number associated with your MXXR account:

Include the phone number associated with your account so we can verify and locate it. We will process verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your personal account data, including:

• Your name and profile information (including avatar)
• Your phone number and authentication records
• Your drink credits, gifts, and transaction history tied to your account

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes, and anonymized/aggregated data that cannot identify you may be kept.
